Ancestral Medicine with me

Honouring the Past- Healing the Present-transforming the Future

We heal in community

Our ancestors, many generations back, were often ritual people—animist, connected to the circles of the Earth, the animals, the plants, and the elements.

The Spring Equinox is where past and present meet: a living doorway into balance, renewal, and remembering.

Ancestor Community Circle

In this in-person journey, we’ll begin the gentle work of healing and restoring the ancestral lines that live within you, using the lineage repair approach developed by Daniel Foor through the Ancestral Medicine Organization, with real-time community and shared presence.

Together we’ll move step-by-step through a clear, supportive framework to bring healing to one specific blood lineage at a time.

We’ll gather four times over two weekend windows, for six hours total each weekend, and we’ll begin with an introductory session to open the container and set our intentions. There will also be an optional weekly Zoom Q&A for anyone who wants extra support, questions answered, or a little more guidance between the sessions.

A bit of information

Have you ever sensed a soft call from your origins, a whisper, a dream, a wave of feeling that comes out of nowhere?

Your ancestors aren’t only part of the past. They’re a living connection, a steady presence, and support—like a deep stream of life moving behind you.

Ancestor Community Circle

It is an in-person, guided space to reconnect with the well ancestors of your lineage, gently, clearly, and with strong spiritual boundaries. Together, we gather to remember what’s true, restore what’s been carried, and let love move through time.

This is not about digging for pain.
It’s about turning weight into wisdom—and receiving the kind of support you can feel in your body.

In this experiential circle, you’ll be guided to:

  • Arrive in your body and ground in ritual safety

  • Establish clear boundaries and spiritual consent (clean, simple, protective)

  • Connect with supportive guides and allies

  • Reach toward the presence of your wise, well, and loving ancestors

  • Gently tend inherited patterns—trauma, repetition, and unfinished stories

  • Reclaim the gifts of your bloodlines: strength, resilience, medicine, creativity

  • Receive guidance for your current season of life—your path, your purpose, your next right step

When we heal with the ancestors, something in us softens and strengthens at the same time.
We remember we belong. We stop walking alone. We start living from a deeper backing.

Who this circle is for

This circle is especially supportive for those already familiar with Ancestral Lineage Healing.
If you’re new to this specific approach but feel a real yes in your heart, you’re welcome.

Space is limited

So each person is held with care, safety, and depth.

Ancestral Lineage Healing is a simple, respectful way to restore connection with your blood-and-bone ancestors, created by Daniel Foor through Ancestral Medicine.

Profound gentle connection and more, I didn’t know I needed this! Profound. This is the word that’s been following me since my first class ended on Feb. 11, 2026.
